World Premiere of THE EDUCATION OF JANE CUMMING at Berlinale 2026

THE EDUCATION OF JANE CUMMING, the new film by Sophie Heldman, will have its world premiere in the Panorama section of the 76th Berlin International Film Festival.

Edinburgh, 1810: Two teachers find themselves at the center of a scandal when one of their students accuses them of having a love affair. A drama about prejudice, survival, and the courage to stand up for the truth.

The German‑Swiss‑UK co-production was made with Heimatfilm (DE), Dschoint Ventschr Filmproduktion (CH), and Sylph Productions (UK).
